I am so excited to meet you! I know meeting a hairstylist or technician for the first time can be a little scary. So let me relieve some of your concerns. This welcome packet has everything you need to prepare yourself for our upcoming appointment.
Pre-Visit
You will receive a text or e-mail 24-48 hours before your appointment. If you have questions prior to your appointment you are more than welcome to text or e-mail me.
If you are scheduled for a color appointment then start collecting a few inspo pictures. Feel free to send me photos ahead of time if you'd like but this is not required. You could send photos of your hair currently and approximately 3 hair inspo pictures.

If you are scheduled for a sugar appointment then be sure to visit my FAQ page for sugar. It's full of information and will definitely calm your nerves. And as always, you are more than welcome to e-mail or text me with any questions.
How should my hair be when I arrive for a hair appointment?
It's best to have your hair how you normally wear it so I can see how it lays, see your trouble spots, etc. It's okay if your hair isn't freshly washed but avoid super dirty hair. Too much product or dried sweat could be a barrier for color. If you have very stubborn grays then it will benefit you more to have freshly washed hair.

What should I wear if I'm coming for a hair appointment?
It is best not to wear anything bulky, like a hoodie or a turtleneck or anything white if getting colored. I don't want to be responsible for ruining your favorite shirt. I will not be responsible for any stains on any garments.

What should I wear if I'm coming for a hair removal appointment?
For dermaplane or facial hair removal, I will be cleansing the skin and removing any make-up or products so make-up or no make-up is up to you.

For body hair removal, it's best to wear loose clothing after your service. For more details on this visit my FAQ page.
Day of your appointment
Things to keep in mind
Blush tends to be chilly in the winter and warm in the summer. With the door opening so many times a day it's hard to keep the temperature regulated. So I highly recommend you dress in layers.

Please bear in mind that seating at Blush is limited. So kindly restrict the numbers of individuals accompany you to your appointment.
I do my best to reach out to new clients within 14 days of your visit with me where we can connect and see if you have any concerns or questions about your services and the results.
However, please reach out to me if you don't hear from me or if you have any issues before I have a chance to follow-up with you. Some times with first time hair appointments I'm still getting to know your hair and minor adjustments might be needed. For adjustments, you will need to contact me within 7-14 days of your original appointment. I will be happy to adjust what is needed. Your satisfaction is my top priority!

Booking your next appointment
Before you leave we will book your next appointment . If that doesn't work best for you then I will walk you through your options for booking from home.
Policies
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason please make sure to cancel your appointment within 24-48 hours of your appointment to avoid a potential cancellation fee. You can reschedule your appointment either by text, e-mail or on the Schedulicity app.

Late Policy
Please know that if you are more than 10-15 minutes late you may have to reschedule or cancel. You may also not be able to have a finished style if you are coming for a hair appointment.

Retail Returns
If you purchase a product you are unhappy with you can bring in the product and exchange it for something else.
